
Bachelor’s Completion Military Application Process
The admissions process for bachelor’s completion programs is unique to the College of Professional Studies (CPS). The Military Admissions Roadmap is an interactive snapshot of the entire admissions process that has been color coded by college.

Upload Unofficial Transcripts
If you have less than 10 college level credits
Submit your official High School Transcripts or GED
If you have 10 or more college level credits
You may disregard collecting High School Transcripts, BUT MUST upload an Attestation Form in its place. Also, upload unofficial transcripts to EACH college listed in the “Education” Section of the application.
Important Notes:
- Servicemembers who only have college credit from their JST qualify for option “b”
- Applications will NOT BE reviewed if submitted WITHOUT transcripts uploaded for each school listed.
- To expedite the review process, you can upload individual unofficial transcripts. However, if you do not have all unofficial transcripts, application will be reviewed upon receipt of all official transcripts.
Step 3
Obtain College Credit from your Military Service
Send in Official Community College of the Air Force (CCAF) OR Joint Service Transcripts (JST)
- Access your JST
- Access your CCAF.
- If your JST or CCAF is missing: Request help via National Archives.
Step 4
Send in Official Transcripts from All Other Colleges and Schools
Electronically (for example via Parchment) there are many addresses for Northeastern. Please choose:

Apply for Financial Aid, Scholarships, and VA Education Benefits
If you are using post 9/11 benefits, obtain your Certificate of Eligibility.
