Green to Gold Program: Active Duty Option
The Liberty Battalion has been commissioning some of the best officers in the military since 1951. Northeastern University supports active-duty soldiers seeking to transition into leadership roles through the Army’s Green to Gold Active Duty Option Program. This program allows enlisted soldiers to remain on active duty while pursuing their bachelor’s degree and commissioning as an Army Officer upon graduation.

Exclusive Partnership with the Special Operations Forces Captains Career Course (SOFCCC)
Through our innovative partnership with the SOFCCC, Northeastern University recognizes the value of your military training and leadership experience. This partnership allows eligible participants to transfer up to 12 quarter hours of SOFCCC coursework directly into one of four select graduate programs at Northeastern, fast-tracking your journey toward a graduate degree.
